• Option 1 & 2 vouchers are valid until Thurs 4 Aug 2016, Sun-Thur; subject to availability.
• Option 3 voucher is valid until Thurs 4 Aug 2016, Wed-Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes 28-29 June, 6-7, 13, 15, 18-20, 29 July 2016. 
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by 13 July 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12 noon on the day prior to arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Maximum of 4 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. Max length of stay is 4 consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Option 1 & 2: double or twin executive room available.
• Option 3: feature room or junior suite. Please note: junior suites are split on two floors. The lower floor has a bedroom and bathroom, the upper floor has a living area and wet room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Deluxe room £50 per room, Junior Suite/feature room £105 per room or Suite £250 per room.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Option 1 includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white when booking with hotel.
• Option 2 includes pre dinner glass of Champagne & canapés. Dinner is served in the Brasserie Restaurant - view sample menu here.
• Option 3 includes pre dinner glass of Champagne. Dinner is served in the 3 AA Rosette Ushers restaurant - view sample menu here.
• Menu is seasonal and subject to change.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Children are permitted; max 2 children when sharing with adults. Children under 12 year are free of charge when sharing with 2 adults and paying for all meals as taken, over 12 years are a charge of £15 per child when sharing with adults.
• Families can be accommodated in an Executive room; please discuss extra bed/sofabed availability directly with the hotel.
• Sorry, no pets permitted. Guide and hearing dogs only.
• Full leisure access included.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
