• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm with lunch served 12noon – 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Over 17s only. Please note customers aged 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ and adult consent is required. Treatment will also carried out in the same room.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Face and body treatments are not suitable during pregnancy if under 13 weeks. Members over 13 weeks can have facials and massages tailored. Body scrub is not suitable.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and will require a doctor’s note or disclaimer.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Full leisure access and towels and robes included.
• Flip flops can be purchased on arrival; payable directly to spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes a main course from Spa lunch menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Includes 125ml glass of Champagne each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Available to ages 18+ only.
• Wheelchair access available.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
