• Option 1 and 3 voucher is valid until Tue 28 Feb 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 24 - 26 Dec, 30 Dec 2016 – 1 Jan 2017.
• Option 2 voucher is valid until Tue 28 Feb 2017, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturday and 24 - 26 Dec, 30 Dec 2016 – 1 Jan 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 7 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12noon. 
• Double or twin feature room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3 dinner must be taken on the first night and cream tea can be taken at leisure throughout the stay.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; under 5s stay free, ages 5-12 require a £20 per child per night supplement (includes breakfast) and ages 12+ are classed as adults; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• Sorry, no pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
