• One night stay is valid until Fri 30 Jun 2017, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturday.
• Two night stay is valid until Fri 30 Jun 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 12 June 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon. 
• Double or twin executive or feature room available. 
• Upgrade to a suite is available; subject to availability. Please discuss with the hotel direct.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 3 courses and will be served in the Tapestry Restaurant. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Two night stay inc 3 course dinner on the first night only. Cream tea can be taken at any time throughout the stay.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 4’s stay free, ages 5-11 require a £15 per child per night supplement (includes breakfast) and ages 12+ are classed as adults; payable directly to hotel.
• Sorry, no pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
