• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 11-14 Feb and 26-27 Mar 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Set afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Option 1: Includes a hot drink refill each.
• Option 2: Includes a pink gin cocktail each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free and halal options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
