• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 21 & 22 Jan, 7, 15 Feb, 29 Mar and 18, 19 Apr 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe family room £40 or junior suite £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 courses from the pre-theatre menu served in Tempus; menu is subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required for any additional snacks or sides and £5 is required per person for 8oz / 224g Scotch sirloin / rib-eye steak, fries, tomato, rocket; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children ages 11 and under permitted in an upgraded deluxe family room, supplementary cost of £40 required per room; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
