Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Jul 2018 until Mon 3 Sept 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 20 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Room can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £20; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes bathrobes, slippers, free wi-fi and full use of pool and leisure club.
• Option 2 includes 3 course dinner from the Market Menu in Collage restaurant; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Parking available off site £15 for 24 hours with 1 trip in/out; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 5’s stay and eat free when sharing a room with parents. A supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for roll-away beds for children aged 5-12 paying for meals as taken; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
