• Voucher is valid from Thur 14 Jun 2018 until Sun 30 Sept 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 16, 23, 30 Jun, 11, 14, 21, 28 Jul, 4, 10, 11, 18, 24 - 31 Aug, 1, 3 - 9, 14, 15, 28, 29 Sept 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 16 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Double king room or Junior corporate suite available; rooms will be allocated at the time of booking; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking available at St James Metro Station car park located across the street, local charges apply. £10 average overnight charge.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family suite for a supplement of £25 per room per night; under 16’s can stay free of charge, over 16’s are additional £25 per person per night. Price does not include breakfast, can be purchased from £11.95pp; please discuss with Sandman Signature Hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
