Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Feb 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020, 7 days, 1pm – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Mar, 10 - 12 Apr and 24 - 26 Dec 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 3 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.  
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2hrs 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
