• Voucher is valid until Thurs 14 Jul 2016, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes 26 May and 16 Jun 2016.
• £30 supplement for Friday night stays.
• Fri, Sun and bank holidays have limited availability; we recommend members book early to avoid disappointment.
• Please note: stay must begin on a Thu if taking advantage of Fri night availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 7th Jun 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; maximum of 2 vouchers for a 4 night stay.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Double and twin standard rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for £20 per room per night, VIQ room for £45 per room per night and suite unique for £185 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of red wine in room on arrival; please contact hotel reception to exchange for white wine if preferred.
• Includes a dinner allowance of £28 per guest; dinner allowance can be used in Duke’s Grill, Hadrian’s Brasserie & The Claret Jug.

• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

• Children are permitted; ages under 4 free breakfast, ages 5-12, £5 per child B&B and ages 13-16, £7.50 per child B&B. Maximum of 2 children in a family room.
• Dogs are permitted at £20 per dog, per night. Maximum of 2 dogs per room.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
