Small print

• Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Apr 2018, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.  
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: refurbished garden view £10, loch view £20, deluxe double £30 or principle room £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 2 course set dinner; menu subject to change. Option 3 dinner is on one night only. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of house wine in room on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink. Choice of red or white wine; please advise at the time of booking. 
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child age 12 and under permitted in an upgraded garden view room for a supplementary charge of £19 per room per night inc breakfast and paying for additional meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
