• Voucher is valid from wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 17 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note weekend availability is extremely limited and must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10.30am.
• Classic double or twin standard room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Upgrade to a superior room for £20 per room per night; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £20 per person dinner allowance towards the menu on one evening; subject to change. Allowance cannot be used towards beverages.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 0 – 12 require a supplementary charge of £2 per year of their age; this includes breakfast. Travel cots are provided free of charge for under 2’s. If a z-bed is required there will be a supplementary charge of £10 per bed; payable directly to hotel; subject to availability, please discuss when booking.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so it is advised to book early to try secure your date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
