• Option 1 voucher is valid from Wed 18 Oct 2017 until Mon 18 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Mon 18 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 1: double or twin classic or deluxe room.
• Option 2: double or twin master room or suite.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each served at the bar; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Includes access to gym and members will receive 10% off spa therapies and hairdressing.
• Children permitted in deluxe, master and suite rooms only at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; travel cots can be provided free of charge. Rooms may be upgraded to a family suite; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
