• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Jan 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3-5 & 24 Apr and 1-2 May 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Apr 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: four poster room £40, balcony four poster room £75, family room £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a £40 dinner allowance towards any food or drink in the hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; family room supplement of £25 per room per night required. Children ages 12 and under stay free of charge on BB basis and paying for all other meals as taken when sharing with 2 adults in a family room; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at supplementary charge of £10 per dog, per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
