Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday and 25, 26, 31 Dec 2016.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: superior room £20 or suite £100; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a dinner allowance of £28 per person.  Sample menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Includes full use of leisure facilities; rasul chamber will be a private session; max of 2 people.
• Free onsite parking.
• Children permitted and stay free when sharing with adults; children under 5 stay eat free and a supplementary charge of £5 is required for meals taken for ages 5 – 12 years, payable directly to hotel.  Members will be accommodated in a family room free of charge; max of 2 children.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per stay; payable directly to hotel. Pets are not permitted in restaurant, lounge or bar area. Max of one small dog.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
