• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sep 2019 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £90 per night applies to Friday and Saturday night stays; please arrange and pay Wynyard Hall directly.
• Excludes 24 Oct, 20, 21, 24 Nov, 23 – 26, 31 Dec 2019 and 13 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• All cottages available have 3 bedrooms - mixture of double/king and twins.
• Cottages have cooking facilities, however not all have full kitchens.
• Cottages have a private outdoor hot tub each.
• Includes towels, dressing gowns, complimentary toiletries and Wi-Fi.
• Spa access is not included; 2 hours use of spa facilities is available for a supplementary charge of £20pp plus 20% off spa treatments during your stay; spa reservation to be made at time of booking; all subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with venue.
• Breakfast is served in The Hall and includes a choice of full English or Continental.
• Bottle of Prosecco included to share.
• Children permitted and included within the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Wheelchair access available, please advise at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
