Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days, 10am – 5pm (last admission 4.00pm); subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: two adult tickets or one adult and one child ticket.
• Option 2: family ticket includes 2 adults and up to 4 children; children are classed as ages 5 - 16 years and under 5's go free.
• Adults are classed as ages 16+.
• For audio handset tour a deposit of £5 per handset is required, with a full refund given when the handset is handed in at the Carriage Hall Exhibition at the end of the tour.
• Wheelchair accessible with ramped access to all exhibitions. Parking for disabled is available within the grounds. Please drive up to the ticket office and enquire.
• Admission charges include parking, access to the formal and vegetable gardens, exhibitions in the stable area and the ballroom.
• Audio handset tour is available in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish.
• Please note that all other rooms within the Castle are not available to the public as these are Her Majesty The Queen's private rooms.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
