• Voucher is valid from Wed 9 Jun 2021 until Thu 29 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic twin or double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Dinner reservations can be made in advance at the Kale Yard, please call to book direct on 01667 452233.
• Max of 2 children ages 2+ can be accommodated in an upgraded Superior room for a supplementary charge of £50 plus £55 per additional bed (total for one child £105 or for 2 children £160). Includes breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
