• Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea is served from 12noon - 4pm.
• Excludes Sat-Sun & 14 Feb 2025.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hr in advance and by Mon 17 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Members should seek GP consent prior to treatments if suffering from cancer or in remission
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Please note spa is not on the grounds of the main hotel and is located 3 miles north.
• Please note that swimming pool will be closed 6 - 20 Jan 2025. All other areas will be open as normal.
• Treatment duration: 2 hour hydro and thermal experience. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
