• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Jan 2023 until Sun 5 Feb 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Renfield Street: Valid Mon - Wed 10am - 3:30pm, Thu - Fri & Sun 9:30pm - 3:30pm.
• Merchant City: Valid Mon - Wed 10:15am - 3:30pm, Thu - Fri & Sun 9:30am - 3:30pm.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• 1 voucher per person, per booking only. Max 2 vouchers per table. Group bookings are not permitted.
• Cream tea for two.
• Table required back by 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available at Merchant City only; please advise restaurant when booking. No wheelchair access available at Renfield Street.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
