• Voucher is valid until 31 Mar 2016; available 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 1 March 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Multiple purchases are not permitted 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays 
• £20 per night supplement for Fri/Sat/Sun nights
• £30 per night supplement on the 12th/13th/14th Feb AND 25th/26th/27th March 2016
• Check in: 4pm - 6pm or by advanced arrangement (please call 30 minutes prior to arrival); check out: 10am.
• Voucher is valid for standard lodges. 
• Sauna lodges or premier houses are available on request at £10 supplement per night; subject to availability. Please discuss directly at time of booking. 
• Stay can be extended for a supp charge; subject to availability; please discuss direct with Foxglove Cottages  
• Children permitted and counted in overall headcount; cots can be hired for children under 1yr for £5 per night or you can bring your own; please discuss at time of booking to check availability 
• 2 persons lodge, children under 1 year only. 
• 4 person lodge, max 2 children.
• 6 person lodge, max 4 children. 
• Please state number of children when booking to see if this can be accommodated. 
• Dogs permitted, £7 per dog per night, max 2 dogs; subject to availability. Required to be booked in advance, please discuss directly when making reservation. 
• Complimentary onsite parking for up to 2 cars per lodge.
• Credit card details are taken on check in for security purposes.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
