• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Oct 2017 until Sun 7 Jan 2018, 7 days, 1pm – 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1, 8, 9, 14 - 16, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only.
• The Duchess of Bedford includes an assortment of freshly-cut sandwiches, selection of miniature cakes and freshly baked plain and sultana scones with preserves and Devonshire clotted cream.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco or a choice of cocktail from: Manhattan or Gimlet
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink or a non-alcoholic cocktail: Bloody Mary or Mai Tai.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under and afternoon tea will be served with a selection of fruit juices, please discuss directly with hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
