• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2024 until Tue 24 Dec 2024.
• Twilight experience: Valid Mon - Fri at 5pm or 6.45pm.
• Daytime experience: Valid at 9.30am, 10.40am, 12.40pm, 1.50pm & 3pm. Options for Tue - Thu OR Fri & Sun - Mon vouchers can be viewed at check-out.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online or email bookings. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Max of 4 vouchers per group booking; subject to availability.
• Includes access to the Vitality Pool & Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Saunarium, Steam Room, Tepidarium, snow room, salt room and ice fountain.
• Option 2 & 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 1: Duration: approx. 90 minutes. Option 2: Duration: approx. 120 minutes.
• Not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Not suitable for those with high blood pressure.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
