• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Superior king room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Includes an afternoon tea with a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Menu viewed here, subject to change. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Option 2: Afternoon tea is for one day only.
• Max of 1 child permitted up to age 12. Cot or extra bed is available.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
