• October - December 2019:
• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Oct 2019 until Sat 21 Dec 2019; Wed - Sat; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue; 3, 12, 18, 26 Oct, 2 Nov and 20 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• January - March 2020: 
• Voucher is valid from Wed 22 Jan 2020 until Sat 28 Mar 2020, valid Wed - Sat; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin superior queen room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Cream tea stay: includes cream tea for two with home-made tea loaf, fruit and plain scones, strawberry preserve, cream and tea/coffee.
• Dinner stay: includes a £25 allocation for dinner per person at the Dunes Restaurant & Bar. Menu is here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £50 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
