• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Jun 2016, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Limited Friday and Saturday dates are available for a £30 supplementary charge; payable directly to hotel: 22 & 29 April, 7 & 13 May.
• Excludes 23, 30 April, 1, 6, 14, 20 - 23 & 27 - 29 May, 3 - 6, 10 - 12, 19, 24, 25 & 28 Jun 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Jun 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 4pm, check out 12pm. 
• Double/twin deluxe rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel
• Children are permitted; under 16’s require a supplementary charge of £30. Maximum of 2 children.
• Small dogs in spa wing only at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
