• Option 1 voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 11 - 14 Feb 2017. Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2 voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes 12 – 14 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 13 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 2pm until 9pm, check-out 11am.
• Double superior rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £90 per night; please discuss  with and pay directly to hotel.
• Includes £25 per person dinner allowance towards a set menu which is subject to change.
• Includes breakfast and will be served in the river room.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; babies stay free including travel cots, ages 2 – 16 require a supplementary charge of £25 per child for a Z bed including breakfast, dinner paid for as taken; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• Dogs are permitted at supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 dog.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
