• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; Sun-Thur, 10am – 5pm, lunch from 12noon; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12 - 26 Jan (hotel is closed) and 22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 16+.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; please discuss directly with spa; subject to availability.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Spa treatments consist of a 25 min custom back massage and a 25 min facial each.
• Includes full access to the leisure facilities consisting of a 20m indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam room & sauna, ice fountain, cold plunge pool and a hot tub in the rooftop garden.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes a light lunch choosing one course from a set menu; menu subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with spa.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
