• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Oct 2017 until Sat 16 Dec 2017, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes all Saturdays and Mondays and Tuesdays in November.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11.30am.
• Chic double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 7 and under stay free of charge, ages 8 years or older require a supplementary charge of £50 for an extra bed; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Breakfast paid for as taken.
• Assistance dogs are permitted; please confirm at time of booking.
• Bedrooms are unsuitable for wheelchair users. The hotel has 1 ground floor room; subject to availability.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
