• Sunday Voucher is valid until 29th June 2014, valid for Sunday night stay only (excludes 25th May); subject to availability.
• Monday Voucher is valid until 30th June 2014, valid for Monday night stay only; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; subject to availability.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Deal applies to double/twin in stated room type only.
• Members may upgrade (subject to availability) for a supplement. Please discuss at time of booking and pay supplements directly to the hotel.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Children permitted in the studio suite only. Sorry, children cannot stay in the deluxe room. Children up to 12 years may stay for a supplement of £25 per child, per night in the studio suite. Please discuss at time of booking and pay directly to the hotel. Max of 2 children permitted per room.
• Parking available at Q-Park car park by the hotel. Members will receive a 20% discount on parking.
• Members may enjoy discounted access to the health club next to the hotel which includes a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, pilates and spin studios. Members may gain access for £10 per visit. Please collect your voucher from hotel reception and pay the supplements.
• Members may extend their stay for a supplement, subject to availability. Please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Sunday Reservations must be made by 1st June 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. Monday Reservations must be made by 2nd June 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay. Please contact the hotel before 2pm the day prior to your stay to cancel.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
