“From entering the hotel to leaving the staff could not do enough to make our stay any more of an experience, the reception staff go above and beyond to help in any way possible. Every member of staff speaks to you whether a good morning or just a plain hello , We got upgraded to a suite which was fantastic overlooking Edinburgh, if your looking to stay in Edinburgh this is the place to be.”

We had a very warm welcome and great room. All staff were delightful, courteous and helpful. The Snug was very comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor space with lovely views. The experience outlived our expectations.
