• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 17 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun - Thur only; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019, 1, 6 & 20 - 23 Jan 2020.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Fri 22 Nov 2019 until Sat 28 Mar 2020, Fri & Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Thur, 6 - 7, 13 - 14 Dec 2019 & 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Sun 17 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 6 - 7, 13 - 14, 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2019, 1, 6, 20 - 23 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020. A supplementary charge of £30 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher number will be required when booking.
• Voucher cannot be cancelled once booked with hotel; date changes are permitted at a £25 admin fee per date change; payable directly to hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Includes access to leisure facilities. Please note from Mon 20 Jan 2020 - Sun 22 Mar 2020 the pool, steam rooms, saunas and changing facilities will be unavailable due to renovations. Limited spa treatments and fitness centre will remain open. An alternative pool facility will be available to all guests with a complimentary shuttle to and from the centre.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe double or twin queen room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night and room can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 3’s stay free, ages 4-12 years require a supplement of £40 per child including all meals from the kids menu when eating with adults; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
