• Option 1 (Sun, Mon & Thur) voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun, Mon & Thur only; subject to availability. Excludes Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays,
• Option 2 (Tue & Wed) voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Wed 27 Mar 2019, Tue & Wed only; subject to availability. Excludes Thursdays – Mondays.
• Option 3 (Fri & Sat) voucher is valid from Fri 4 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Fri & Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Thursdays.
• All options exclude 22 – 24 Jan and 25 – 27 Mar 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher number will be required when booking.
• Voucher cannot be cancelled once booked with hotel; date changes are permitted at a £25 admin fee per date change; payable directly to hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Members will receive 25% off spa treatments when booked at time of making your reservation.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe double or twin queen room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 3’s stay free, ages 4-12 years require a supplement of £40 per child including all meals from the kids menu when eating with adults; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
