• Voucher is valid from 1 Sept 2017 until 30 Nov 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher code will be required when booking.
• Spa day A supplementary charge of £20 is required per person for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Treatment duration: approx. 55mins.
• Spa break Voucher cannot be cancelled; changes can be made to dates for an admin of £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Treatment duration: approx. 115mins each.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 12noon.  
• Double or 2 x queen beds deluxe ocean view room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children under 12 are permitted to stay overnight; a supplementary charge of £40 is required inc all meals from kids menu when eating with adults; please discuss directly with hotel. Under 3’s stay free.
• Pets are permitted; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Treatments are suitable for men and women.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and may not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with spa.
• Combined treatments are available on request; please discuss with Turnberry directly.
• Includes full use of facilities including the use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, relaxation areas, saunas, steam rooms and techno gym.
• Receive 25% off any additional treatments which must be booked in advance and taken on the same day. Please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
