- Lamb saddle with roasted baby aubergine, smoked potato salad, roasted garlic, yoghurt and pancetta
- Panko breaded monkfish with house katsu, burnt orange, sesame salad, peanut and crispy shallot
- Beetroot hummus with beef cheek, radish, toasted hazelnuts and curry oil
