• Voucher is valid from Thu 5 Dec 2019 until Sun 22 Nov 2020, Thur - Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Wednesdays and 14-15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day of arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon; the option to check-in early instead of check-out late is available; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Standard double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: standard king £10, standard double double £20, premium king £30 or premium double double £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 and 3 include a 3 course dinner from the table d’hôte menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £10 required per person for steaks (rib eye, rump or sirloin).  Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Children are permitted in restaurant until 10pm. Option 3 includes dinner on the first night only.
• Includes access to leisure facilities; please note last entry to the Health & Leisure Club is one hour before closing. Children are permitted to use leisure facilities; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted to use the gym or Jacuzzi. Pool opening hours for under 16s: Mon - Thur, 7am - 7.30pm, Fri - Sun, no restrictions.
• Children permitted; children ages 12 and under can be accommodated in a standard double double (£20 upgrade) or a premium double double (£40 upgrade). Children's meals paid for as taken: 0-5 yrs old dine free of charge; 6-12 yrs old are £5 per child for breakfast and £13 per child for dinner; 13-17 yrs old are £10 per child for breakfast and £20 per child for dinner. Rooms can be upgraded to a standard double double to accommodate 2 adults and max of 2 children; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available in hotel; no wheelchair access available in leisure facilities.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
