• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid until Mon 28 Dec 2020, Thurs - Mon; subject to availability. Excludes Tue - Wed.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid until Mon 28 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Tue - Wed stays; payable directly to the hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Superior room £10; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• To assist with social distancing measures, the hotel have removed their breakfast buffet and instead will be providing breakfast Grab and Go Bags, with a selection of pre-packaged items served to your room.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy / gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Public parking available connected to the hotel, charges apply.
• Children permitted; max of 1 child age 12 years and under permitted per room, free of charge when sharing existing bed in twin/double room and includes breakfast. Cots are available at £10 each, limited availability; please arrange directly with hotel.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child for a supplementary charge of £35 per room; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
