• Voucher is valid for Thurs 22 Nov - Tue 27 Nov; subject to availability.
• Travel dates are not flexible. Outbound flight will depart on the 22 Nov and return flight will depart on the 27th Nov 2018. Flight times are subject to change.
• Please note transfers from the airport to your hotel and to the track are not included.
• Option to fly from Glasgow, Aberdeen, Newcastle or Inverness for a supplement of £99 per person; please discuss directly with World Choice Sports. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 3 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable once booked with World Choice Sports.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Meeting point is Edinburgh International Airport.
• Your ticket will give you access to an allocated seat for your exclusive use throughout the Grand Prix weekend. Admission to all 3 after-race concerts are included with your ticket. Tickets include access to Yas Entertainment areas.
• Practice and qualifying sessions take place on Fri 23 Nov and Sat 24 Nov; the main race is on Sunday 25 Nov 2018.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• All flights will include 1 x check-in baggage: L + W + H max. 158 cm (62 inch) and in total max. 23 kg (50 lbs) plus hand luggage.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own worldwide travel insurance to cover you in the event of medical emergencies, flight delays etc.
• Twin/double rooms only based on two sharing.
• Single rooms available on request for a supplementary cost of £65 per night; please contact World Choice Sports in advance of purchase to obtain correct price which will be dependent on your choice of hotel.
• Choice of hotels inc: Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center, Gloria Downtown Hotel, Kingsgate Hotel Abu Dhabi. All hotels are subject to availability; other hotels of equal or better quality may be offered.
• Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• You will be sent a pack and tickets by recorded delivery up to 10 days before departure.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
