• Canoe / kayaking voucher is valid from 25 Mar 2016 until 26 Jun 2016; Sat & Sun plus bank holidays, 2pm start; subject to availability.
• Rock climbing and abseiling voucher is valid from 25 Mar 2016 until 27 Jun 2016; Fri - Mon, 9am start; subject to availability.
• Paddle board voucher is valid from 25 Mar 2016 until 26 Jun 2016; Sat & Sun plus bank holidays, 10am or 1pm start; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 30 Apr 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Action Adventure Activities are closed from 6th December re-opening 8th Jan 2016 however bookings can still be made during this period
• Canoe/kayak river trip & rock climbing and abseiling activities last approx 2-3 hours depending on ability of the group.
• Paddle boarding lasts approx 1.5 - 2 hours depending on group size and ability.
• Canoe/kayak river trip: min 8 participants, max 14 participants. 
• Rock climbing and abseiling: Min 6 participants, max 10 participants.
• Paddle Boarding: Min 4 participants, max 6 participants.
• Participants must have a moderate level of fitness.
• Climbing restrictions: waist 65cm to 95cm, leg 35cm to 65cm, max 18 stone.
• Paddle board restrictions: max 18 stone.
• Please advise of any pre-existing injuries when booking.
• Not suitable during pregnancy.
• All participants must be 14 years and above.
• All activities require specialist clothing – details of what is needed will be sent with email confirmation from Action Adventure activities. Helmets and harnesses will be provided.
• All activities are weather dependent for safety reasons.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
