Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 30 Apr 2016, Tues 8:30am-6pm, Wed 10am-6:30pm, Thurs 9am-6:30pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays – Mondays closed.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 15 Mar 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Consultations must be taken by Wed 2 Mar 2016 and first treatment must be taken by Sat 30 Apr 2016
• You risk forfeiting your voucher and deposit if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your treatment.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18+.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

• Members will receive a consultation (approx 30 – 40 min) – with a GDC registered dentist which will include; Full mouth digital Xrays, Digital photographs, an assessment and impressions.
• Then an initial appointment with dental hygienist (approx 60 min), adult braces fitted on top or bottom arch (Cfast) (appointment approx 1.5 – 2 hours)
• Monthly check up appointments for duration of treatment, braces removal (appointment approx 1.5 – 2 hours) and a final appointment with dental hygienist (approx 60 min). Approx 8 appointments total, depending on length of time braces are on.
• Treatment time averages 4-6 months, but may take up to 8 months. Patient will need to attend once per month until treatment complete.
• Results should be permanent, however patients will be advised by dentist during appointments. 
• Deal based on one of either top or bottom arch per voucher.
• Treatment may be required if patient suffers from tooth decay, gum disease, broken teeth or anything which may prevent braces being fitted. Member will be advised during initial consultation and it will be carried out prior to CFast treatment commencing. Subject to additional charges.
• Full refund if after the initial consultation braces are not suitable.
• Refund cannot be given after first treatment.
• Members will have to pay a fully refundable deposit of £25 when booking their consultation – not refunded if patient does not attend.
• Brace on additional arch is available at a supplement of £500.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
