• Voucher is valid until 26th Nov 2015, Tues 8:30am-6pm, Wed 10am-6:30pm, Thurs 9am-6:30pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Consultations must be booked by 18th Sep and taken by 25th Sep or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• First treatment must be taken by 26th Nov 2015.
• You will have to pay a fully refundable deposit of £25 when booking your consultation. Deposit will be forfeited if you don't attend your appointment.
• Suitable for 18 yrs old plus.
• Valid for adult braces on top or bottom arch. Braces on additional arch is available at a supplement of £500 - discuss and pay directly to Kalyani Dental Lounge.
• Consultation lasts approx 30-40mins and will be carried out by a GDC registered dentist. If you are deemed to be unsuitable for treatment you'll receive a full refund. Refunds can't be given after you've received your first treatment.
• If suitable for treatment you'll then receive an initial appointment with a dental hygenist (approx 60 mins), followed by your braces fitted on either your top or bottom arch (approx 1.5-2 hrs), monthly check up appointments, appointment for brace removal (approx 1.5-2 hrs), plus a final appointment with a dental hygenist for approx 60mins. You will need to attend once per month until treatment complete.
• Treatment times varies by patient. Average of 4-6 months but may take up to 8 months. You will need to attend one appointment per month until treatment is complete.
• Treatment may be required if suffering from tooth decay, gum disease, broken teeth or anything which may prevent braces being fitted. You'll be advised during initial consultation and it will be carried out prior to CFast treatment commencing. Subject to additional charges, payable directly to the Kalyani Dental Lounge.
• Retainers will be required after braces are removed. Length and time you will have to wear retainer varies. Cost of retainer is fully included in this deal.
• Upgrade to include an hour teeth whitening session with professional-strength whitening of Philips Zoom for £350 per treatment (usually £495) - discuss and pay directly to Kalyani Dental Lounge.
• Not suitable if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. A full refund will be provided if after the initial consultation braces are not suitable.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
