• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, Mon – Fri, 12noon - 8pm and Sat & Sun 10am – 12noon; subject to availability.
• Duration: approx. 1hr 15mins.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Online or reception bookings only; telephone bookings are not permitted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max of 2 vouchers per group.
• Suitable for ages 7+.
• Children under the age of 12 will need to have parental or guardian supervision from the Cafe. However, children of 12 years old and over don’t require supervision. 
• If you are 12 or over you can self-certify to participate on the HiRide. An emergency name/contact number is required for children under the age of 16 and will be asked for at the time of booking. Proof of age may need to be shown to HiRide staff.
• Hi ride: min weight: 20kg, max weight: 120kg, min age: 7 years.
• Climbing wall: min weight: 20kg, max Weight: 120kg, min age: 4 years.
• Please note the activities are physically demanding and require a degree of agility, strength and stamina.
• If members have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor in advance.
• Participants will be required to certify that they do not suffer from any medical conditions that may cause an issue when you are at height.
• Activity is not suitable during pregnancy.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
