• Option 1 (soft play)
  Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Jan 2019 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Mon – Sat 9am – 5pm (last entry) and Sun 10am – 5pm (last entry); subject to availability.

• Option 2 (adventure pass)
  Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Jan 2019 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Mon - Sat 9am – 5pm (last entry) and Sun 10am – 5pm (last entry); subject to availability.
  Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
  You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Valid for one session.
• Soft play:
• Duration: approx. 2hrs.
• Suitable for ages 12 and under.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; max of  2 adults per child, £1 surcharge refundable against cafe spend for additional adults.
• Comfortable clothes, long sleeves and trousers are recommended; socks must be worn at all times by adults and children.
• Jewellery and items from pockets must be removed prior to soft play.
• Adventure Pass:
• Duration: approx. 1hr.
• Suitable for ages 7+
• Children under the age of 12 will need to have parental or guardian supervision from the Cafe. Children 12+ don’t require supervision.
• Children 12+ don’t require supervision; can self-certify to participate on the HiRide. An emergency name/contact number is required for children under the age of 16 and will be asked for at the time of booking. Proof of age may need to be shown to staff.
• General level of fitness is required; please advise Aerial Adventures of any health concerns or conditions at time of booking that may cause an issue at a height e.g. epilepsy, heart conditions, diabetes.
• Not suitable during pregnancy.
• Minimum weight: 20kg; maximum weight: 120kg.
• Minimum height: 1.2m.
• Max of 16 people per session.
• Members must wear shorts or trousers as a harness is required to be worn on top of clothing; no dresses or skirts. Specialist shoes and harness will be provided by the venue.
• Long hair must be tied back and waists must be covered; piercings removed or taped up.
• General:
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
