Small print

• Voucher is valid from until Fri 21 Dec 2018, Tue - Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays, 13 - 14 and 17 - 18 Oct.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 4 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 25 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 vouchers per person.
• Vegetarian option available. No gluten / wheat and dairy free options available.
• Option 1: Afternoon tea only.
• Option 2: Afternoon tea including a 125ml glass of Prosecco or Gin & tonic each.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
