• Voucher is valid from Wed 27 Dec 2017 until Wed 28 Feb 2018, Mon 9.30am - 4.30pm, Tue & Wed 9.30am - 5.30pm, Thur 9.30am - 6.30pm, Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and 31 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 7 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases are not permitted.
• Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Over 16’s only.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any medical concerns with the salon directly.
• Shu Uemura, cut and blow dry duration: approx. 1hr.
• Tint or colour roots, T-bar highlights, Balyage or freehand colour duration: 3 hrs (Please note 1 hour of stylist’s time/colour tech’s time) Highlights include up to 50 packs of meche.
• Pastel hair makeover duration: approx. 3 hrs 30mins (Please note 1 1/2 hour of styling/colour tech’s time) includes up to one tube of pastel toner.
• Colour options require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment; please discuss directly with salon.
• Valid for L1 stylist or colour tech only.
• Not valid for L2 stylist, senior stylists, art directors, colour specialist or senior colour specialist.
• Please note that full head pre-lighting would be subject to supplementary charge upon consultation; payable directly to salon.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
