• Mid-week voucher is valid from Tue 7 Jun until Thur 4 Aug 2016, 7-8 Jun, 11-12, 13-14, 18-19, 20-21 Jul, 1-2, 3-4, 25-26 Aug; subject to availability.
• Weekend voucher is valid from Fri 8 Jul until Sun 14 Aug 2016, 8-9, 15-16 Jul, 13-14 Aug; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Jul 2016 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• Sorry, multiple purchases not permitted.
• Check in 4.30pm for the lead guest for a walk through of the property, 5pm for the remainder of the party. Check out 10am.
• House compromises of 3 double rooms, 3 double/twin rooms, 1 twin room, 1 triple room and 1 bunk-bed room (sleeps 4).
• Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge; please discuss with Alexander House at time of booking.
• All gas, electricity, linen and towels are provided.
• Members can include full catering options for £100pp supplement (dinner from £35pp, breakfast from £15pp); please contact Alexander House directly for all catering options.
• The house is non-smoking.
• Strictly no stag parties permitted.
• Includes Wi-Fi, a large LCD TV, Sky & Sky Sports, DVD player, Playstation 2, Xbox and Wii.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted within party allocation.
• Dogs permitted (max 2); must be well-behaved and kept downstairs and off soft furnishings.
• Members must provide credit card details at time of booking to cover any breakages or damage to the property during the stay. A £750 refundable deposit is to be paid at time of booking; the full amount will be refunded when checking out, minus the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required.
• Members can inquire about weddings (from 2017 and onwards) here. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
