Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thur 21 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Swimming pool is open 8am - 10am and 5pm - 7pm each day.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 3 course dinner on the first night only from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat  and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child, ages 5 and under permitted and stay free of charge.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
