• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Dec 2017 until Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 15, 16, 21 Dec 2017 – 8 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 14 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple vouchers permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a harbour facing room for £10 per room; payable direct to the hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance on the first night only; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Free parking available; 1 car per room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children are permitted; children under 3 years require a £10 cot charge each per night and children aged 3 - 14 years require a £25 supplement per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
