Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Nov 2016 until Sat 31 Dec 2016, Mon (Dec only), Tue & Wed 9am – 5.30pm, Thur & Fri 9am – 4.30pm and Sat (Nov only) 8.30am – 11.30am; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon in November and Sat - Sun in Dec.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

One voucher can be redeemed per customer; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.

Suitable for all ages.

• Groups can be booked with multiple vouchers and receive treatment at the same time, max 2; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for sufferers of cancer or those in remission.

Duration option one approx. 45 mins, option two approx. 2hrs 15 mins.

Valid for level 1 & 2 stylist.

• Voucher does not include colour correction.
• Patch test required for colour option.  Please discuss and arrange directly with the salon.
• Colour appointment can be upgraded for a supplementary charge to full or half head of highlight or full head permanent colour; please discuss directly with salon when booking.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
