Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 29 Feb 2020, Mon - Fri 12noon - 4pm and Sat - Sun 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 - 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan and 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per person.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Option 2: Includes a Hendricks gin teapot to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Tables may be required back during busy periods and will be advised at time of booking.
• Children permitted; please advise at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
